    This research is making efforts to link the components of social capital and social development in regions 7-district 18 of Tehran Municipality's employees are evaluated and measured in this study, we refer to the concept of social capital and the economic and public interest aspects of social capital and how to create, maintain and destroy social capital mentioned, after it has been attempted to explain social development, at the end of the model to the role of social capital in community development staff in district 18 of Tehran Municipality's area 7 is discussed. This study in term of goal is applied and in term of method is descriptive. The survey is of 18 managers and experts of the seven municipalities in the 7 region. Due to the fact that the number of the sample was about 300 all cases examined, sampling is required.  In other words, the target population in this study is the sample size (N = n) and the total number of methods are used. This study includes a questionnaire with 20 questions measuring device for measuring the components of social capital and a 34-question questionnaire to measure staff’s social development and the projection is based on a survey approach and the first person to answer general questions such as gender, education, age, and job responds. The results showed that the components of social capital in community development staff in district 18 of Tehran Municipality’s 7 areas have a moderate effect.

    Public relations is a managerial process aimed at attracting and maintaining positive behaviours in favour of social groups and independent organizations to achieve the mission and goals of the organization. The main responsibility of public relations is to build and maintain a "pleasant environment" for the organization and the client, and the condition for the survival and survival of the social security organization, having dynamic, deep and effective relationships with the visitors, and the condition for success, is the level of awareness of people about the goals, The activities and results of the actions and increase the satisfaction of the insured. This research seeks to investigate the role of public relations activities on insurers' satisfaction. The theoretical framework of this research is based on the chronicle viewpoint and systematic perspective and research methodology of the questionnaire. This research has been carried out on 364 insured persons in West Tehran Branches selected through multistage cluster sampling. The data were analysed using inferential statistics and tests (Kendall, Pearson coefficient and regression coefficients). Based on the findings of the explanation between public relations performance on the satisfaction of the insured members of West Tehran branches and the variables of public relations performance (r = 0.88), advertising performance (r = 0.80), communication function (r = 0.88), notification (r = 0.80) There was a significant relationship between public relations performance and employee skill variables (r = 0.75), service quality (r = 0.79) and Regarding the results of regression coefficients, R = 78 = 78% satisfaction is explained by information function, communication function, thinking, advertising performance, age, and communication function has the most effect on the satisfaction of insured persons.

    Social trust is one of the foundations for social order in society. Trust in any organization is affected by various factors such as customer satisfaction, service quality, staff skill and taking into account the customer orientation and service receivers’ satisfaction principles. This research seeks to study the sociological study of social trust of the insured population of social security organization. The theoretical framework of this research is based on the Zetomka and Parasuraman theory and the research method is a survey and the research tool is questionnaires used for 364 of the insured population in West Tehran Social Security Branches selected through multistage cluster sampling. Based on the results, there is a positive and significant relationship between social trust and customer satisfaction (r = 0.70), service quality (r = 0.64), organizational performance (r = 0.73), and staff skill (r = 0.69) variables. Also, there is a relationship between customer satisfaction and organizational performance (0.85 = value), service quality (0.74 = value), and staff skills (0.82 = value).

    Political elite’s relations for maintaining power is an important key to analyse the government’s behaviour. This paper presents a new network policy among the Iranian political elite using Social Network Analysis Method. How do they make the network? Is there Elite to Elite family relation based on ideological united or common interests? Network boundary is the political elites who have kinship relationship between themselves. The data were gathered by studying documents, biographies, interview, and web pages of Iranian political elites. We found “Marriage” is a new policy for raising, gaining and holding the power. We found there are 88 family groups and 1193 political elites who have family ties. The largest group consists of reformers and conservatives and has 690 actors. There are a strong family relation and weak elite circulation. The relationship between political elites is based on the concentration of power, wealth, and information in an intra-group network, so that the positioning of each group according to its structural position in the power layers (centre, half-perimeter, around).

    The current study sought to explore into whether women are obsessed with ‘white’ weddings.  It examined the various possible factors/variables attributed to this assertion. The researchers employed a qualitative case study approach to examine the phenomenon. Thirty single women at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana were sampled using the purposive sampling technique. Interviews were conducted with the thirty single women with the assistance of a semi-structured interview guide. Content analysis technique was used to describe the responses of the research participants. The research findings indicated that, women are not actually obsessed with ‘white’ weddings but the concept of marriage itself is very essential to them. It was revealed that, women place a much value on marriage since it basically moves an individual from one stage in life to another. They furthered that, marriage is very important not just to them but to their parents, families and even society. To them, such lifetime commitment is very significant. Furthermore, the findings indicated that, women would forfeit the wedding ceremony but for certain factors such as legality of the marriage, and even the significance of the exchange of vows and rings where the traditional ceremony somehow overlooks.

    The present research aimed to study the application of Fuzzy logic in social science research. In this regard, based on two variables, Social Capital and Quality of Life, the degree of Tehran’s membership in the set of social development was studied using FSQCA software.This research was an applied and descriptive research methodologically; and extensive in quantitative parts and in-depth in qualitative parts. The statistical sample contained 920 residents and 10 experts in sociology who were respectively selected by using volume-related random sampling and purposive sampling methods. Questionnaire and semi-structured interview which had face validity were the instruments for data gathering. The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed by internal consistency. As an important finding of this research, the degree of Tehran’s membership in social development set determined 0.4683. By inserting this degree of membership to the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox derived from experts’ opinions, the degree of Tehran’s membership in the set of social capital would be 0.50 in a range from 0 to 1.

    he purpose of this study is to demonstrate how we, especially children and adolescents, are influenced by the media; this issue had investigated by analyzing the representation of gender roles in the Game of Thrones Series. There were based on three social learning, socialization and cultivation theories. This research had done a quantitative content analysis. The variables included 20 gender attributes (10 female attributes and 10 male attributes) and gender. The statistical population of this study was the main characters of child and outset of youth in 7 seasons of Game of Throne Series. In the statistical sample, 10 female characters and 10 male characters in 20 episodes of these series have been investigated by Regular random sampling method. Results show that gender role attributes had modest representations and these representations were too much for the main characters. The representation of gender role attributes in female and male characters was different and was more for female characters, but these differences were significant for two strong and independent attributes. Female characters had received higher scores of femininity and masculinity. It seems that Game of Thrones Series has diminished some of the gender stereotypes at least for female characters and to some extent for male characters and has challenged stereotypical gender roles.

    The purpose of this study was to investigate the social & cultural factors affecting social responsibility of managers of service & Business institutions in Gilan Province. The research method used in this study is based on the applied purpose, quantitative data, the method of collecting descriptive data and correlation method. The statistical population of this study consists of all managers and employees of service and Business institutions in Gilan Province, which their number include 2,000 people. In this study, sampling method is a stratified sampling method. From the above statistical population, according to the sampling criteria (based on Morgan table sampling method), 384 people were selected as the sample of the study. In the next step, based on the conceptual model of the research, the research questions and hypotheses, using the researcher-made questionnaire, have been questioned extracted questions in the research statistical sample. In the descriptive statistics section, descriptive data are presented in two parts: background variables and main variables. In the inferential statistics section, linear regression test has been used to investigate the hypotheses. According to research data, we can say that social & cultural factors are affecting social responsibility of managers of service & business institutions in Gilan Province. The impacts of social classes with coefficient (0.385) has the greatest impact, and the variable of facilities with coefficient (0.202) has the least impact on social responsibility of managers of service & business institutions in Gilan Province. Also, the capitalized cultural capital with the coefficient (0.357) has the highest impact, and the variable of institutionalized cultural capital with coefficient (0.258) has the least impact on social responsibility of managers of service & business institutions in Gilan Province.
